    Please fill out this form, making your selections based on how your family would like your lamb processed. We charge $7/pound of the lamb's hanging weight (the weight of the lamb after it has been dressed, but before it has been cut, packaged and frozen). Most of our lambs have a hanging weight between 25-35 pounds. The butcher charges around $125 per lamb for processing. Because each lamb has a different hanging weight and is processed differently, please understand we are not able to give you an exact price prior to processing, but the total cost will be somewhere close to $275-350.
