Terms and Conditions of Booking an Appointment as of March 1 2021
I certify that the information I have provided in the New Client Online Consultation is accurate and true and I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Katrina Molson against loss or damages, claims or actions based on consequences of any and all kinds that I may suffer as a result of my having failed to provide accurate and complete information.
I agree that Katrina Molson will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by me as a consequence of the hair extension service provided to me and I hereby release Katrina Molson from any and all claims or actions that may arise as a consequence of the hair extension service, including but not limited to allergic reactions and hair loss.
I have read, understand and agree with the hair extension preparation and aftercare information supplied to me on www.katrinamolson.com and I wish to proceed with the hair extension service.
I have read, understand and agree with Katrina Molson's return policy and understand that there are NO REFUNDS on any hair service provided including the hair and install service provided.
Maintenance is required for a good long term result. Maintenance appointments are suggested at 4-8 weeks depending on multiple factors such as natural hair density, hair growth rate and personal care. At these maintenance appointments, all extensions are removed and reinstalled back up to the root. This time frame will be suggested at your installation appointment and ideally booked at this appointment in advance.
Tape in extension maintenance and K-tips are usually done during two separate visits. A removal appointment and a reinstall appointment. These can be done on the same day/same appointment for an additional fee (shampoo and blow dry). Handtied Weft/Volume weft, and I tips maintenance are done in one visit. This is an important point especially for those coming from out of town.
Any and all items left behind, including hair/hair extensions will be discarded within 2 weeks if not picked up or arranged with me via email. I can store excess or leftover extensions, if needed, at your own risk. I will not be held liable for theft, loss or damage to extensions in my care.
I require a 48h notice for all cancellations and reschedules including consultations. If less than 48h notice is given, a $75 missed appointment charge (or value of appointment scheduled if less than $75) will be added to your future service or deducted from your deposit. Any and all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
Currently, my new client availability is limited. Evening availability is limited.
Emails, inquiries and DM's on Instagram may not be answered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 48-72 hours for non-urgent responses.
It is strongly recommended to prebook your maintenance appointments in advance to ensure a good time and date for yourself and to stay within the recommended wear guidelines eliminating risk of damage. It is not my responsibility to check in with you to book these appointments.
