Once submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for date and time confirmation. Confirmation notice will be sent via email and text, containing the deposit/retainer options and the ceremony agreement form that will need to be signed.

Couples Ceremony Agreement

1. We (“Clients”) understand that Twenty-five percent (25%) Deposit/Retainer Fees are Non-Refundable under any circumstance (other than #5 of agreement), even if we ("Clients") choose to Cancel at any time.
2. We (“Clients”) understand that Travel Limit for the Officiant to the ceremony location beyond 25 miles from zip code 30333 incurs a Travel Fee of two dollars ($2) per mile over the travel limit. Client understands that Elope Atlanta does not travel more than 25 miles outside the I-285 highway.
3. We (“Clients”) understand that for Day-Of Elopements, the Full Balance of any unpaid fees including ceremony fees and/or travel fees, if applicable, needs to be paid immediately after confirmation for ceremony is given from Elope Atlanta. Elope Atlanta allows a two (2) hour grace period after confirmation is given. For immediate Next-Day Elopements, the Full Balance of any unpaid fees including ceremony fees and/or travel fees, if applicable, needs to be paid at 11:59pm the day prior to the confirmed day of the ceremony. If we (“Clients") cancel, all fees paid in excess of the Deposit/Retainer will be refunded.
4. We (“Clients”) understand that for Weddings scheduled within the week of the confirmed day, the Full Balance of any unpaid fees including ceremony fees and/or travel fees, if applicable, needs to be paid three (3) days prior to the ceremony to start. For Weddings scheduled 8+ days before the confirmed day, the Full balance of any unpaid fees including ceremony fees and/or travel fees, if applicable, needs to be paid seven (7) days prior to the ceremony to start. If we (“Clients") cancel, all fees paid in excess of the Deposit/Retainer will be refunded.
5. We (“Clients”) understand the changes to this agreement including, but not limited to the date, time, and/or location of the ceremony must be communicated by phone, by clients and approved by ELOPE ATLANTA, LLC.
6. We (“Clients”) understand that in the unlikely event that the Officiant is unable to perform the ceremony for unforeseen circumstances (i.e. hospitalization, automobile accident, and/or transportation breakdown, etc.), the Officiant shall be allowed to make reasonable attempts to provide a replacement Officiant at the same terms as the Agreement for Services. In event the Officiant must Cancel the Agreement for Services, Clients shall be refunded the FULL fees paid for the Services.
7. We (“Clients”) understand that we are Legally Bound to this Ceremony Agreement and shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Georgia.
