You will need to rent a violin from RL Ray Violin Shop.
- The student must be present for measurements, rental must be arranged no later than May 27th.
- Optional insurance coverage for the rental is strongly recommended. Camp employees and instructors are not liable for stolen or damaged instruments.
The student will need to supply their own violin or borrow one from a friend or family member.
- The violin needs to be inspected by RL Ray Violin Shop and verified that it's the correct size for the child, and is in playing condition prior to camp.
- If the sizing and/or condition are not sufficient, a violin will need to be rented.

INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT 

To the extent allowed by law, I, the undersigned am the parent/guardian of the individual(s) named below, and shall hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Pamela Margon and and volunteers and agents against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, cost of every nature, and causes of actions arising out of or in connection with any negligence in the performance of this agreement. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I also release Pamela Margon and staff of liability for any claims that may arise out of activity. Pamela Margon and staff also reserve the right to remove participants from the program if they present a threat to anyone attending the Olympia Kids Fiddle Camp. I hereby grant permission to Pamela Margon and staff to take photos and videos of my child while participating in the activities, to be used for publicity including and not limmited to social media platforms and promotional materials. One parent/guardian must sign for all minors. I have read this entire Informed Consent Agreement. I fully understand it and I agree to be legally bound by it.
