Bilateral Social Compact Agreement by and between the people of The American First Republic in

The people agree that the great and essential principles of rightful liberty and freedom are recognized and established within this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement by and between the people of The American First Republic in The United States of America, the essential rights and Liberty for the people within the metes and bounds, seaward boundaries and airward boundaries of The American First Republic in The United States of America within their respective States of the Union are hereby accepted and acknowledged with this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement in and for a republic form of Government within separate equal spheres in this perpetual Union

The people agree that all people of The American First Republic in The United States of America, when they form a social compact in our Creator's given image being man or woman assembled as a people, they are equal; and have certain inherent and indefeasible immunities from other Independent States of the Union, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty; of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property and reputation; and of pursuing their own happiness and pursuing their own private property; and

The people agree that all political power is inherent in the people, and all republics are founded on the authority of the people as a collective in social compact, and established for the benefit and general welfare of the people their aforesaid republic; and, therefore, the people have, at all times, an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, abolish, or form Government, in such manner as may be deemed expedient, by those in social compact only; and

The people agree that all people have a natural and unalienable right to worship in accordance to their own conscience and according to the dictates of their own conscience; and that no preference shall ever be given by law to any religious establishment, or mode of worship in any republic form of Government within the States of the Union in The United States of America. Therefore within The American First Republic, the States of the Union in The United States, America religion is hereby known as the followers of the Way, the Truth, and the Light; and

The people agree that all elections shall be free and equal within each body politic formed as derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement; and that no property qualification is required for eligibility to office, or for the right of suffrage shall not be required within the republic form of Government within the States of the Union within The American First Republic in The United States of America; and

The people agree that as signatories of this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement may freely speak, write, and publish sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that liberty; and no law shall ever be passed to curtail, abridge, or restrain the liberty of speech or of the press; and

The people agree that the right of trial by jury of their peers in the same jurisdiction and venue derived from authority of this social compact shall forever remain inviolate regardless of separate spheres; and

The people agree that the people shall be secure in their person(s) dwellings, paper(s), possession(s) and Nationality from unreasonable seizures and searches; and that no warrant to search any place, or to seize any thing, shall issue without inscribing the place to be searched, and the person or any of the people in our creator's given image, and thing to be seized, as nearly as may be, nor without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation filed in the proper venue under authority derived from this social compact by the accuser; and

The people agree that no person or any of the people in our Creator's given image, regardless of status shall be taken, imprisoned, or de-seized of freehold, liberties, outlawed, exiled, or in any manner destroyed or deprived of life, liberty, or property, but by the law written within the States statutes as derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement; and

The people agree that Government shall be open for an injury done to persons and any of the people in the our Creator's image, to property, goods, or reputation, and shall have remedy by due process of law; and right and justice administered without sale, denial, or delay; and

The people agree that in all criminal prosecutions, the accused hath a right to be heard with or without friend in counsel, or both; to demand the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in favor of the accused; and in all prosecutions by indictment or presentment formed by a Judicial Branch within this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement, a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of peers their in accordance with Article 6, where the crime was committed; and shall not be compelled to give evidence against themselves, and shall have a neutral arbiter free from coercion by any other office or contract, hereby defining due process of law; and

The people agree that all accused shall be bailable, where the proof is evident, or the presumption is strong, with; and the privilege of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when, in case of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it, decided by the constituted authority derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement within each of the States of the Union respectively; and

The people agree that excessive bail shall in no case be required; nor shall excessive fines be imposed; nor shall cruel or unusual punishments be inflicted, nor the redemption of the Bond shall be required unless actual damage or injury has been proven in fact, with direct physical evidence, interpreted within the jurisdiction of law established by authority of this social compact; and

The people agree that no person or any of the people in our Creators image shall, for the same offense, be twice put in jeopardy of dissolution or accusation; and

The people agree that private property shall not be taken or applied to public use, unless just compensation be offered and accepted; and

The people agree that in all indictments of agreement, the truth may be given in evidence; and if it shall appear to the The American First Republic Supreme Court that the evidence is true, and published with good motives and for justifiable ends, the truth shall be a justification; and The American First Republic Supreme Court shall be the judges of the law and facts; and

The people agree that no person or any the of people in our Creator's given image shall be put to answer any criminal charge, but by presentment of warrant, indictment, or impeachment, with direct physical evidence hereby established in the constituted authority as derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement within each of the States of the Union respectively; and

The people agree that no conviction shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture of estate; and

The people agree that retrospective laws, punishing acts committed before the existence of such laws, and by them only declared penal, or criminal, are oppressive, unjust, and incompatible with liberty; wherefore, no ex post facto law shall ever be made by any body politic within The American First Republic in The United States of America; and

The people agree that no law impairing the obligation of contracts shall ever be passed nor shall any law be made to violate this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement; and

The people agree and have always been with the right, in a peaceable manner, to assemble together to consult for the general welfare, and pass laws in their assemblies to meet the requirements of consultation and collaboration for the general welfare of the people that are signatories of this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement; and

The people agree that within this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement are with the unalienable right to keep and to bear arms, for common defense against enemies foreign and domestic; and

The people agree that monopolies are contrary to the genius of a republic form of Government and are forbidden, all public and or private officers are forbidden private contract which makes their allegiance to an assembly denying the people in this social compact equal due process of law, The penalty is immediate suspension from acts of the aforementioned office, decided by majority vote of the people in this social compact, pending judicial due process of law, and

The people agree that all offices held within the constituted authority derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement shall be required to impose term limits on those elected to hold office; and

The people agree that no hereditary emoluments, privileges, or honors, shall ever be granted or conferred in a republic form of Government; and

The people agree that frequent recurrence to fundamental principles is absolutely necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty; and

The people agree that all signatories to this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement shall enjoy the full benefits of all of the Articles written within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and reserve the right to examine and interpret each aforementioned Article within the fully constituted Judicial Branch as derived from this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement and bound

The people agree that to guard against transgressions upon the rights of the people declare that everything in this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement is accepted out of the general powers of Government, and shall forever remain inviolate; and that all laws contrary thereto, or to the aforementioned provisions thereof, shall be void; and

The people within this social compact agree to outlaw the Central Intelligence Agency; and

The people within this social compact agree to outlaw all 527 organizations masquerading as political parties thereby deceiving people into believing that they have political rights and political power; and

The people agree that tracking is outlawed as it pertains to a Social Security Number:

1: Any private membership association or any other association to require or ask for a social security number, and

2: To associate a Social Security Number to any type of citizen status, and

3: To use a social security number in any form of a judicial proceeding or judiciary proceeding,

4: Used as a point of jurisdiction, and

The people within this social compact agree that any Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) orders are hereby outlawed; and

The people within this social compact agree that Islam is hereby outlawed within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The American First Republic in The United States of

The people within this social compact agree that any agreement with Islam to naturalize its subjects into The American First Republic in The United States of America is hereby outlawed, The people within this social compact agree Islamic State Sharia law, Vatican Canon law, Zionism Talmudic law, Pharisees Noahide law is hereby outlawed in The United States of

The people agree that Communism is hereby outlawed; and

The people agree; the right to assemble in our creator's given image and operate as assembly of a people under that authority to operate in commerce, and to communicate through a post office originating by chain of title from General Post Office Jurisdiction in The United States of America during the years of 1775 to 1781 can not be denied from us as a People, therefore we adopt the aforesaid General Post Office Jurisdiction years of 1775 to1781, and we hereby form a Post office in the aforesaid post office jurisdiction authority within The United States of America, title style as; The American First Republic Post Office, the people also hereby form a National Public Bank, Title Styled as; The American First Republic Bank, the people also establish a military title Styled as; Minutemen Militia by the authority of this social compact, and

The people hereby adopt the Law of Nations and Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, and

The people adopt the original land survey of The United States of America from the year 1781 and amend extending seaward boundaries 500 miles beyond seaward baseline into the sea,

and airward boundaries from earth surface into the air to as far as humans can reach and exist

by any means, as our metes and bounds, seaward boundaries, and airward boundaries; and

The people within this social compact agree that a forced monopoly on a digital currency that does not allow any other form of tender of payment is illegal whether a chip is used for a digital currency trade, or the internet is used for a digital currency trade, or technology is used for a digital currency trade; and

The people hereby declare this Union is Perpetual; and

The people hereby agree this created National Government title is Styled as; "Constitution of The American First Republic In The United States of America" Being the original first in time first in right confederacy Styled as;

being the several States of Newhampshire, Massachusetts-bay, Rhodeisland and Providence Plantations, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia Hereby establish Statehood of the following States stiled as; Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts-bay, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Newhampshire, New-Jersey, New-Mexico, New-York, North-Carolina, North-Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhodeisland, South-Carolina, South-Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West-Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Each State retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to The United States of America, in Congress assembled. Now being

The people agree the aforementioned established States retain their sovereignty, freedom, independence, every power, jurisdiction, right to independently stand solely in their State peacefully assemble, amend this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement within their said State thereby forming their independent population of people by and through amending this Bilateral Social Compact Agreement making it their own authority for and ends of their State constitution and constitutional legislation thereof, a people of any State within their metes and bounds being of equal spheres is not prohibited by this Confederation; and

The people agree no contractual authority shall deny equality of the people in our creator's image; and

The people agree An ombudsman is an official of this social compact, appointed by the people in this social compact, who investigates complaints lodged against businesses, financial institutions, universities, government departments, and or other entities, public or private, and attempts to resolve the conflicts or concerns raised, either by mediation and or judicial due process of law! The people hereby appoint Neil Harrison Cornett, this appointment remains effective unless a unanimous agreement between the people in this social compact place another in the position!

The people agree biological and genetic weapons are war crimes against humanity and are hereby forbidden!.
