    By applying to Tangled Tree Markets, you the vendor, hereby accept the registration terms below. Acceptance is not guaranteed, this is only an application. You will be notified of your acceptance or waitlist status shortly. Once accepted, for our OCTOBER market, payment is required within 14 days by etransfer to confirm your space. Payment must be received by September 1st for our DECEMBER markets. Please select the market dates you're interested in at the bottom of this form. Thank you!

  • Social Pages (These links are for me to view your work, and for me to see where you will share our event poster and market information! FB and IG are our primary forms of advertising. After years of testing, we find these to be the most impactful. It is a priority for us that vendors have active pages and that they take part in promoting the market. Thank you!)

  • Good For Sale and Liability Insurance:

    I agree that the items for sale in my space are either handmade by me, upcycled by me or vintage / collectible decor items. I acknowledge and agree that no re-seller items are permitted and that if accepted for this event I will only sell the items that I listed in my application. I understand that this is to ensure a balanced market for vendors and guests. I further acknowledge and agree that no open flames, candles or flammable materials are permitted at the event. I acknowledge that no liability insurance is offered to the vendor by Tangled Tree Markets. I further acknowledge that providing my own insurance is highly recommended by Tangled Tree Markets.
  • Cancellations / Refunds

    I acknowledge and agree that I will be prepared to have a friend, family member or temporary hired staff (of my own finding) work my table or booth should I not be able to staff my space on market day. I hereby acknowledge and agree that there is a 20% non-refundable booking fee for each individual single day and space booked. Should I need to cancel any space 3 weeks or more before market date, for any reason including but not limited to, Covid-19 illness or infection; family illness; public health restriction / cancellation / or postponement; poor or dangerous weather for travel; other illness or accident; lack of goods to sell; lack of transportation; or accidental double-booking, 20% of my fee will not be refunded. Should I need to cancel any day and space, or set of days and spaces, within 3 weeks of market day, NO REFUND will be provided.
  • Consent to Photograph / Videotape

    I hereby agree and give my permission for Tangled Tree Markets and / or our staff to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself and my goods (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing and posting on Tangled Tree website and social media sites only. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works as stated, now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Tangled Tree Market's control. I agree that I will not hold Tangled Tree Market responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
  • Fees, once accepted:

    You will be notified of your acceptance or waitlist status shortly after we receive your application. Payment for OCTOBER markets are due within 14 days of acceptance. Payments for DECEMBER markets are due on or before SEPTEMBER 1st. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been accepted. Thank you for applying to Tangled Tree Markets.   • Bearspaw Indoor Space Fee: $95 per day (no gst)

    Interior space 6' x 5', no wall /BRING YOUR OWN TABLE. 1 CHAIR PROVIDED. Access to power is very limited or not available in these spaces and is first come first serve where available. Please bring your own extension cord. Seller, signage, cash table, chairs etc and display of goods for sale must securely fit within the 6x5 space. One 6 foot long table with 1 or 2 chairs behind it is recommended for this space. Aisles must be kept clear. This is not a booth. No booths are available in this narrow hall. No refunds for unexpected poor weather / road conditions etc. Thank you!
  • Outdoor 10x10 Space Fee: $30 per day (no gst)

    One 10x10 outdoor space on pavement. BRING YOUR OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS. No power available. Please bring your own inverter generator (a quiet one) if you require heat / power. No open flames permitted. Propane fireplaces may be permitted to keep you warm, please ask. This booking is dependent on good weather of course. Please book the week before the event when the forecast is known. We have up to 100 spaces outside so there is no fear of missing out! Pease book once you are happy with the forecast. If extreme cold, wind or blizzard conditions hit unexpectedly (as they did in October of 2022), your outdoor fee will be refunded, no worries!
