Pricing & Turn around time

Beaded keychains, badge reels, and lanyards are $12. Keychains (not beaded), Badge Reels, Badge Buddys are $10. Dishwasher Magnets, luggage tags, Toppers for Badge Reels are $6. Starbucks Cups are $15 (cold cup), $10 (hot cup), $20 (bundle 1 each size w/ same design). Decals start at $5. Pricing does not include tax or shipping. Tax will be added at the end. Shipping starts at $4.00 and increases by weight. Local deliveries are available. Turn around time is 7-14 business days. This depends on size of order and on hand supply.

In detail, please describe how you would like your item designed. Color(s),Glitter color, Name/Title, etc. You can also leave customization up to me if you leave 1 color, I will coordinate your item. If you are purchasing more than I item please leave information for each item in list form (1,2,3) with exact detail for each one. (Example: 1-Scrub life badge reel with turquise glitter and medical themed vinyl. 2-Flaming Badge Reel topper with hot pink glitter and light pink vinyl for the bird.)
What size blank would you like me to use? Keychains most come in 3",2.5", or 2". Badge Reel Toppers 2". Badge Buddys Vertical or Horizontal (both are available in extended size for longer badges).
Would you like beads or a charm added to your item?
For Badge Reels do you want it to be permanent or interchangeable? If you would like it to be interchangeable, please be aware that I use strong hold magnets. If you need dual locking velcro, due to machinery, instead please specify.

Once I receive your form I will contact you to go over the details of your order. Order turn around time is 7-14 business days. I accepted Credit Card, Venmo, and PayPal for payment. Payment is required within 24 hours of invoice being sent to the email you provided above. If payment is not received within that time frame all orders will be canceled. Once payment is received your order will be started. A jotform request (this form) is NOT an order until payment is received. Once payment is received there are NO REFUNDS. ALL ITEMS have a 90 limited warranty. Warranty begins from the day you receive your item, per tracking information. Warranty does NOT cover stolen or missing items. If item is damaged upon arriving via USPS, damaged pieces must be returned for a replacement. Only 1 replacement per item is permitted unless otherwise discussed.
