I am happy to do multiple tattoos at once, and will do up to a 4 hour session. If you would like more than one, please include them all on the same form. Please format it like “Tattoo #1, Tattoo #2, Tattoo #3, etc. and ensure all portions of the form below correspond to the right tattoo. — Also note that there are some areas of the body that I do not tattoo, a list of which can be found in my instagram highlights. PLEASE make sure that you have familiarized yourself with all of my policies and preferences prior to submitting a form, as requesting a tattoo in an area I don’t tattoo may invalidate your request form.
