That’s why we believe pre-appointment consultations are a must for new clients or if we were not the last artists to create your color. During your consultation we will analyze your individual hair needs and together create a personalized plan including the prescribed at home care regiment to reach and maintain all your hair dreams. We offer the option to make your appointment with us a "silent appointment". We understand that not everyone wants to chat during their appointments and may just want to sit quietly and relax or get work done. During a "silent appointment" your Artist will still consult thoroughly with you, do periodic check-ins, and keep you briefed on the process. Would you like to make your appointment with us a "silent appointment."

LATE POLICY: Out of respect to our artists and other clients, late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in rescheduling or service adjustments. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival. Late arrivals that result in rescheduling may fall under our cancellation policy.*

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY: To best serve our clients and our artists, we require a minimum 48hrs notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit our artists from being able to protect their time and accommodate clients on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value. No shows and day of appointment cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value. Repetitive cancellations, rescheduling or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Bee Kind Studio. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments. *All cancellations must be made via telephone. Cancellations made via social media will not be accepted* We thank you in advance for respecting our policies.*

DECENCY POLICY: Bee Kind Studio has a ZERO tolerance policy against any instances of racism, homophobia, transphobia, discrimination, misogyny, or aggression of any kind. Bee Kind Studio is a safe and inclusive space for all. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave the studio.*
