  • Before you get started...

Did you reach this page while filling out the Tax Questionnaire?  If so, we recommend that you switch back to the questionnaire screen on your computer and finish filling out that form first.  Meanwhile, keep this browser tab open.  Then come back here once you submit the tax questionnaire.

If you accidentally close this tab, you can find this form on our website: www.cwa.tax.  Select "FBAR - Foreign Bank Account Reporting" under the Client Resources drop-down menu.

  • Under the law known as the Bank Secrecy Act, taxpayers must report certain foreign financial accounts, such as bank accounts, brokerage accounts and mutual funds, to the Treasury Department and keep certain records of those accounts. Taxpayers must report the accounts by filing a Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) on FinCEN Form 114.  Our firm can do this filing for you.

  • Based on your answers, an FBAR filing is not required.
