Custom order pick ups are from 8 am-1:45 pm Thursday - Friday & 8 am -11:45 on Saturdays. Doors are locked promptly at closing, no exceptions. No refunds are given for failure to pick up before closing

Payment terms: All orders require prepayment 7 days before pick up without exception. You will receive an invoice with the due date listed. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. Please note: approval may take 2-3 business days. If your payment is not received by 5 pm on your due date, your order will be canceled.

Do you need your cookies individually wrapped (heat sealed) $5 extra per dozen *dark colored icing and humid weather can make cookies sweat in the bags. If your cookies are heat sealed and you see them sticking to the bag or like they look wet, they will need to be removed from the bags.
