In conjunction with StemCord's 20th Anniversary Celebrations, we invite you and your family to get curious and join Team Little Day Out to learn all about cells at this Little Scientist Workshop. Enter the microscopic world where cells are larger than life. go behind the scenes at StemCord's laboratory, make your own paper microscope and participate in a quiz for a chance to win prizes and more!

Date: 9 April 2022, Saturday
Time: 10 am to 12 pm
Where: Online via Zoom
Recommended for: 6 to 9 years old
Fee: FREE for the first 100 children who sign up!
Each child will be given a Foldscope Kit (retails at $12) as well as a StemCord goodie bag. Please indicate the number of children ages 6 to 12 attending the workshop.

All children should be accompanied by a parent or caregiver during the session.

Prizes up for grabs: 3 x $100 mooments.com gift card which can be used at many online stores.

- Full fees will apply for all participants signed up but are unable to attend the activities for the session(s). There will be no pro-rating in the event that participants are absent or late for any part of the programme.
- Activities are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Registration
- Registration is only via this online form on Little Day Out's website.
- All registrations must be completed and payment must be received within 24 hours before your booking is confirmed.
- Upon receipt of your registration, Little Day Out will mail to you your Foldscope kit (one per child) and your StemCord goodie bag (one per family) before 8 April.
Cancellations
- You are considered registered for the Little Scientist Workshop when we acknowledge and confirm receipt of your payment.
- Upon receipt of payment, 100% of total fees will be charged (non-refundable) if you decide to cancel your registration.
Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my family's participation in any and all activities prepared by Little Day Out during the Little Scientist Workshop. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's/family's candidacy by Little Day Out, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Little Day Out, its parent companies - Big Little Company Pte. Ltd. and Big Little Adventures Pte. Ltd., its partners for these Adventures and all its respective employees, officers, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any death, injury, damage, or loss suffered or caused to the said child/children/adult arising out of participating in the Little Scientist Workshop conducted.

I hereby undertake to indemnify Big Little Company, the publisher of Little Day Out, and Big Little Adventures, the organising team, including all trainers, coaches and partners, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Adventure, against all claims brought against them arising out of death, injury or loss suffered or caused in the course of participation and includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims, including but not limited to any penalties or damages to equipment, property or facility within the Company and/or any offsite venues.
Confirmation
