    • If monthly, then the passes can be used any day in the month (based on biling cycle), and not carried over to the next month.
    • If weekly, then the passes can be used any day of the week (starting Monday to Sunday), and not carried over to the next week. More cost effective than the monthly.

    • What's the difference between a Monthly and Weekly frequency?
      It's simply for conveninece for some people. There are 4.34 weeks per month. If your team wants to meet once a week, that's about 4 or 5 times / month depending on which month of the year. So instead of guessing if you should get 4 or 5 passes, then get the weekly frequency to guarantee that you have a pass every week.

      What is a week?
      A week is Monday to Sunday.  The weekly passes expire late Sunday night.

      What happens to the unused passes if I choose the WEEKLY frequency?
      Any pass that hasn't been used by Sunday will expire, and new passes for the week are assigned.

      What happens to the unused passes if I choose the MONTHLY frequency?
      The monthly passes are good for the entire month. A month begins on the date you sign up for (ex. March 12th) and good until the next month (ex. April 11th). Any unused passes not used during the month will expire.

      What's a shareable pass?
      If you are signing up with a team, then any number of your team members can come an unlimited amounts of entries on the same calendar day. Any entry after the end of the calendar day (12am) will use a new pass.  If one team member wishes to attend a day that the majority of the team is unable to attend, they should purchase a Day pass as that one person will reduce the whole Team's allocation by 1 date. We leave it to the team leader to decide who is using the shareable passes.

      We have a team bigger than 8 people, can we still sign up?
      The form allows a maximum of 8 people, so to sign up, please call / emails us at 343-542-7777 or info@collaburo.com

      Which member pays the invoice? Can each member pay separately to Collabüro?
      Since you're signed up as a team, only one member is the account holder. So payment must come from one account (the primary account holder). The team can split cost between each other.

      What seats are available for Flex members? Can meeting rooms be used?
      Any hot desk. The only desks that can't be used are the dedicated desks. If you require a meeting room, that can be booked through any team member's account. There is booking credit that can be used to book a meeting room, and any extra amount above the booking credit will be charged to the primary account holder.

      Do Flex Members get coffee and tea?
      Absolutely. Take advantage of the coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices available.

      How do Flex Members get access into the building?
      Just like all the other users, each Flex Member will have their own account to unlock the front door any time of the day. The easiest way is to download our key access app on your Andoid / iOS phone and log in with your specified credentials and you can then tab your NFC-enabled phone on our door reader and you're in :)

      What is the process to cancel a Flex Membership?
      Just like all of our other memberships, a Flex Membership plan require 30 days cancellation notice, so there will be 1 more charge after cancellation is initiated.

      Individuals:

      • An individual (Sara) signs up for a 3 passes / month:
        • Sara can come any 3 days of the month.  A month starts and ends based on her subscription date (ex. on the 16th of every month).
      • An individual (Jon) signs up for a 2 passes / week:
        • Jon can come any 2 days of a week (Monday - Sunday).  2 new passes are automatically assigned to Jon every Monday early morning, while any unused ones will not be carried over to the next week.

       

      Teams:

      • A team of 3 people (Sara, Moe and Jon) sign up for 2 passes / week: 
        • Sara and Moe come on Monday (Total passes: 1 used / 1 unused), then Moe comes alone on Wednesday (Total passes: 2 used / 0 unused).  At this point, all passes are used up for the week. They'll have to wait for the next Monday for their new 2 passes to be assigned for the week.
        • Sara comes in on Monday (Total passes: 1 used / 1 unused), then Sara, Moe and Jon all come on Tuesday (Total passes: 2 used / 0 unused). At this point, all passes are used up for the week. They'll have to wait for the next Monday for their new 2 passes to be assigned for the week.
      • A team of 3 people (Sara, Moe and Jon) sign up for the 5 passes / month (starting March 1st):
        • Sara, Moe and Jon come on Mar 1st  (Total passes: 1 used / 4 unused), then Jon comes alone on Mar 2nd (Total passes: 2 used / 3 unused), then Sara and Moe come on Mar 28th (Total passes: 3 used / 2 unused).
