Property Release and Publication for Dog(s) While photographer will endeavor to ensure a safe and professional photographic session, some circumstances are outside the control of the Photographer. Client agrees that the Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to Client or pets(s) during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events. Further, Client grants to Photographer the absolute and unconditional worldwide right without right to further payment to use, transmit, display, sell, license, and publish photographs of the Client's pet(s).
Preparation for session:

-Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session time.

-Give your dog a light brushing, if needed.

-Bring your dog's favorite, treats and/or toy.

-Bring water for your dog.

-Have a collar and leash at the session for your dog's safety.

-Be ready to enjoy the session with your pup!

Please note: You will be contacted after your application is received to process your $100 donation (via Paypal, Venmo or Zelle) for Tri-Valley Animal Rescue. Also, your Day/Time/Location for your session in Danville will be scheduled between the dates of April 18-April 30, 2022.

The limited pet photography session is 20-30 minutes and includes one photo to be included in the Tails of the World book. Premium photography products and digital files are not included and can be purchased. The Tails of the World book is not included and will be available to purchase in April 2023, 100% of the proceeds of the book will be donated to Second Chance Animal Rescue Inc.

Please make sure to read the preparation and property release sections above before the session. A list of locations in Danville for the session participants to pick from will be discussed when contacted. If you do have an amazing location that you prefer in Danville, let me know when I contact you.
