Thank you for booking your place at an RCHM event. In the event that you decide to cancel your booking, please see our policy below. If you do cancel your place, letting us know as early as possible allows us to give you as much refund as possible, taking into account our administration costs.

Up to four weeks before the event - 100% refund minus 5% booking fee

Up to two weeks before the event - 50% refund

From 14 days until the event - no refund
