    How to apply:

    1. Download Contract & Read through thoroughly. Available on our website : www.flairmarket.co.za

    2. Complete this Online Vendor Application form.

    3. Once your application was approved (Approval takes place within 1-3 weeks), please proceed with payment within 24hours after you receive confirmation via email.

    4. Send POP to info@flairmarket.co.za

    Each Vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, decor, dividers, rails & extensions.

    View the floor plan carefully before selecting your preferred area. Layout may change slightly. NOTE : GREY stands are full. Layout will be updated every 48hours. Please leave your (clearly marked) extension at your stall on setup day.
  • PLEASE NOTE

    Floor Plan at Idlewild. NOTE THAT THE GREY STANDS ARE FULL. BLUE AND GREEN STANDS ARE INDOOR IN HALLS AND RED STANDS ARE ON GRASS IN MARQUEE TENT. FLAIR ORGANIZERS WILL DO THE PLACEMENT OF ALL STANDS.

    This applies to old and new vendors. The Logo will be place on our website and product images and write ups will be used to create a Facebook Advert for each vendor. No bad quality images will be used.

  • Sponsorship for Hamper Competitions

    We found that our competitions is a good way to attract our visitors. Please complete this section if you would like to sponsor a prize for our Flair market competitions. Sponsors will get mention in the online competitions and printed competitions. ALL SPONSORED PRIZES/VOUCHERS MUST PLEASE BE HANDED IN AT THE ENTRANCE WHEN YOU REGISTER ON SETUP-DAY

    We would like to host an event that is of high standard to all Vendors and Visitors, we ask that you please make sure you adhere to these important rules.

  • Please proceed with payment within 24 hours after you've receive a confirmation email that you are approved. Confirmation takes 1-3 weeks.
