STAR Council offers Substance Use Outpatient in the following locations:

Decatur, TX

Cleburne, TX

Stephenville, TX

Referrals received are reviewed by the referral coordinator to process for scheduling. Coordinator will contact referred individual, via email address provided above, with instructions on submitting the state required documents. The Referring Agency/Individual is copied on these emails.

Individuals are contacted within one to two business days of receiving the Referral. For questions regarding referrals previously submitted please email referrals@starcouncil.org .

Once the individual submits the required document, the Director of Treatment will contact them to schedule the screening appointment with one of our licensed counselors.
