If using the gym for a sports season, a building use fee of $100 is due before your event will be added to the facilities calendar.

Due to the high demand for the building and the unpredictable nature of events such as funerals we have separated each day into three time slots for morning, afternoon, and evening. There is an hour between each time slot. That time is allotted for setup and teardown. Please schedule your event accordingly. If you will need more than ONE hour to set up please don't start your event right at the beginning of your scheduled window. Similarly if it will take you more than 60 minutes to tear down and clean up, don't host your event right up to the end of your time slot. Please be thoughtful and courteous. The 60 minute buffer is a shared time for setup and tear down, we are a church family, many people use these facilities each day, we ask that you keep that in mind and serve one another in love as Christ has called us to. If you need multiple time slots please explain the times you need and your reasoning in the additional comments box and we will consider your request and get back to you.

All media/music/microphone needs are due 10 days prior to the event. Please make an appointment with Ayla to set up media needs. Media needs are an additional $25.

Those using the facility are expected to leave it in the same condition in which they found it. If you move furniture, pease return to its original setting, turn off the lights, lock doors, sweep/mop, empty trash, wipe down chairs and tables. Leaving the church dirty will result in a forfeiture of your damage deposit.

All keys must be picked up and returned during business hours within 24 hours of the start time and end of the event. Access to the building will not be available without a key. Failure to return the key results in a forfeiture of key deposit.
