TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Visa pre-paid cards CANNOT be used for deposit. Any appointments booked with a pre-paid card will be CANCELED and deposit will be FORFEITED!*
Deposit will go towards the service and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: cash, Apple Pay, debit/credit, or Afterpay. *Please note that there will be an additional 6% transaction fee applied when paying with Afterpay.
CANCELING/RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling can be done at max 2 times before a new deposit fee is required. Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to appointment or deposit will be forfeited and they will be charged 50% of the service cost.
*Due to limited appointment availability, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date.
NO CALL-NO SHOWS
No call-no shows will automatically forfeit their deposit, will be CHARGED 100% of the service amount to be performed and will not be allowed to reschedule with The Brow Factor LLC.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please come on time to your appointment to ensure enough time to work on your brows/lips.
Please text me if you will be arriving late. Arrivals who are 15+ minutes late will be subject to pay a $50 late fee. Arrivals who are 30+ minutes late will result in the cancellation of appointment and client will be CHARGED 50% of the service cost.
NO GUESTS
Please do not bring any children or guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting. In order to give my clients the best brows possible, I must be able to have my full attention on them.
PREVIOUS WORK DONE
If you have had previous work done on your brows (regardless of how old or faded the tattoo is), you will need to send in photos and receive approval from Kaylee for a Correction/Cover-Up. If you schedule an appointment without sending over pictures and getting approval first and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable client, we will refuse service and deposit will be forfeited.
HEALTH CLEARANCE
DO NOT BOOK IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU:
- under the age of 18
- pregnant or nursing
- diabetic
- allergic to pigmentation or make up
- taking skin medication such as antasure, ro-accutaine, and steroids
- have any TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS
for example Hepatitis or HIV
- have glaucoma and/or are taking any blood thinning medications
- have active skin cancer in the treated area
- have experienced puost inflammatory hyper pigmentation
- have undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area
- have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure
- have hemophilia
- have epilepsy
- have healing disorders
- are currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
*If any of the above applies to you, you will be disqualified as a client. If you do not inform us, and proceed with the appointment, we will refuse to service you on the day of, and deposit will be forfeited!*
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (EYEBROWS)
- No caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, pre-workout, etc) 48 hrs prior
- No alcohol, pain killers, fish oil, or other blood thinners 48 hrs prior
- No sun tanning or facials 2 weeks prior
- No botox, fillers, or chemical peels 1 month prior
- Discontinue using skincare products with Retin-A or AHA 1 month prior
*Failure to follow these instructions prior to your appointment may lead to having to stop the procedure, canceling the appointment, and loss of deposit.*
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (LIPS)
- No caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, pre-workout, etc) 48 hrs prior
- No alcohol, pain killers, fish oil, or other blood thinners 48 hrs prior
- No sun tanning or facials 2 weeks prior
- No botox, fillers, or chemical peels 1 month prior
- Discontinue using skincare products with Retin-A or AHA 1 month prior
- Please exfoliate lips one week prior to appointment with your tooth brush! Gently work the Bristles into the lip area in a circular motion. The goal is to remove all dead skin from lips prior to appointment! This NEEDS to be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment! If you come to your appointment with severe chapped lips we will need to re schedule your apt!
- Please make sure you are moisturizing your lips a week prior to your apt! Aquaphor Is suggested!
-If you currently have or ever experienced cold sores (even one) a antiviral medication is required to reduce the likelihood of a cold sore flare up. This medication can be prescribed by your physician or dentist and should be taken 3 to 4 days Prior to your appointment and throughout your healing process. Without taking this precaution, the treatment area can result in a very intense flare up. If the prescription can not be prescribed, LYSINE can be taken to help decrease the chances of flare up!
-Please eat prior to your appointment! You will be fasting 4-5 hours directly after your
appointment!
-Color corrections/dark lip corrections may require 3-4 sessions! Please understand I
will not tattoo a pink/nude on your lips if they are extremely dark! This is a process to achieve a symmetrical and balanced color when working with dark lips!
