Service Pricing and Information
Haul-out, power wash, and block: Includes a haul-out, power wash, and vessel put on blocks or a trailer. Haul-out is charged at $18/ft LOA.
Dry storage: Includes dry yard storage charged at $4.50/square ft (maximum LOA x maximum beam). Vessels will be stored for up to six months.
Extended dry storage (vessels stored greater than six consecutive months) rates are as follows:
Months 7-12: $4.50/square ft
Months 13-18: $6.50/square ft
Months 19-24: $6.50/square ft
Months 25-30: $8.50/square ft
Months 31-36: $8.50/square ft
Extended dry storage is not available for more than 36 consecutive months. Vessels left past this amount of time will be charged $100/day until removed.
Wet storage: Includes in-water storage, and is charged as a monthly slip rental. Rates are applicable November 1st through March 31st. Vessels occupying slips outside of this time frame will be charged standard transient rates. Annual slip holders may leave their vessels in their assigned slips for the winter season at no exta charge. Slips for wet storage are not guaranteed to be under cover.
Wet storage rates are charged per the vessel’s LOA (length overall), and are as follows:
Up to 30’ LOA - $150/month
31’ to 35’ LOA - $190/month
36’ to 40’ LOA - $230/month
41’ to 45’ LOA - $270/month
46’ to 50’ LOA - $310/month
Shrink wrap: Charged at $2.50/square ft (maximum LOA x maximum beam). Yard labor is additionally charged at $70/hour. Shrink wrap doors will be installed at $50 each. For sailboats, a minimum charge of 4 hours for vessels over 30' LOA, and a minimum charge of 2 hours for vessels under 30' LOA is applicable. We do not offer shrink wrapping of vessels while in the water nor on lifts.
Covers, Canvas & Biminis: Installing winter covers, removing canvas, and/or removing biminis will be charged as yard labor at $70/hour.
Sails: Removal of sails and/or derigging will be charged at $95/hour.
Winterization & Engine Services: Mechanical labor is charged at $105/hour, plus the costs of any materials used. All heads must be pumped out before any vessel is brought to our yard for service.
Battery storage: Includes removing batteries and placing on a trickle charge. Please indicate above the number of batteries and their location(s) for your vessel. If batteries are unable to be removed, vessels will be plugged in on a rotating basis. A drop cord must be conveniently located where staff is not required to climb onto vessels. Batteries will not be removed for any vessel choosing in-water storage. Battery storage is charged at $25 per battery, and will be stored for up to six months.
