Edward O. Lund Foundation Scholarships are designed to assist undergraduate and graduate students of Art and Design, pursuing degrees in Studio Art, Art History, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or the Single Subject Art Credential Program at CSU, Fresno through study abroad.
Process to be considered for an Edward O. Lund Foundation Scholarship:

CRITERIA
- Applicants must be pursuing a degree in Studio Art, Art History, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or the Single Subject Art Credential Program at CSU, Fresno throughout the 2022-23 academic year.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA in major is required.
- Provide a personal statement of why study in London would be of value to you; BE CREATIVE - tell us your story in your own unique way.
- Address any financial need in personal statement.
- Provide two letters of reference, with at least one being from a CSU, Fresno Professor in your major.
- Submit a minimum of ten images of your artwork via PDF or video or two examples of your writing if art history is your area of emphasis.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Once the above criteria have been met, and if you have been chosen as a finalist, the date and time of the interview will be confirmed with you by email.
- Interviews will be scheduled with the Edward O. Lund Foundation board on August 26 and August 27, 2022.
- On the day of the interview, students should be prepared to present and discuss their work, as well as how they think they will benefit from the London Study Abroad Program.
- An interview must be completed before a student can be considered for the scholarship.
PLEASE NOTE
- Students will not be eligible for the Edward O. Lund Foundation Scholarship unless they are enrolled at CSU, Fresno, from August 2022 through May 2023.
- This application is to be completed only by students pursuing a major or master’s degree in Studio Art, Art History, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or the Single Subject Art Credential program at CSU, Fresno.
- Awarded students are required to attend all London class orientation meetings in Fall 2022 before departing for the course on or about December 27, 2022 The course typically lasts three weeks.
- In the spirit of paying it forward, successful scholarship recipients will be committed to donating one piece of artwork to the Edward O. Lund Foundation, approved by its Board of Directors, to be auctioned at its annual fundraiser event held October 16, 2022. Funds received for the artwork will be used solely for the 2023 Lund Foundation scholarship program. Scholars will also have priority entry in future Lund Foundation sponsored shows.

Interviews will take approximately an hour and will be scheduled on campus August 267 and August 26, 2022.
