The Laptop Choice Program provides one approved standard computer (see below for details) to every full-time staff and faculty per a set refresh schedule.
This form is intended to be used only for:
- A new hire who requires a computer to fulfill their job responsibilities.
- An existing employee who has been informed by IT Central that they are eligible for a computer replacement per the Laptop Choice Program.
