Reserve the Building for Graduation '25
In order to bless as many families as possible during graduation the reservation process varies slightly. There are five predetermined time slots and 3 available locations / space combinations. Please pay careful attention to what you are reserving. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Reserving the Palisade location includes the whole building.

Please note the built in setup and tear down times
There is an hour between each time slot. That time is allotted for setup and tear down. Please schedule your event accordingly. If you will need more than ONE hour to set up please don't start your event right at the beginning of your scheduled window. Similarly if it will take you more than 60 minutes to tear down and clean up, don't host your event right up to the end of your time slot. Please be thoughtful and courteous. The 60 minute buffer is a shared time for setup and tear down, we are a church family, many people use the facilities on these days, it can naturally be a stressful time, extra grace is required for everyone. If you would like a venue that you don't have to share and work together, another venue might be a better option for you. If you love the idea of the room turning over five times in 48 hours, and you are overjoyed that you get to share with others who are excited about using the building too, then this just might be the ideal space for you.

All audio/video requests are due in detail 10 days prior to the event. Please make an appointment with Kyle to discuss media needs. Music in the Commons is included. There is a fee of $25 for any additional audio / video needs.

Those using the facility are expected to leave it in the same condition in which they found it. If you move furniture, pease return to its original setting, turn off the lights, lock doors, sweep/mop, empty trash, wipe down chairs and tables. Leaving the church dirty will result in a forfeiture of your damage deposit.

All keys must be picked up and returned during business hours within 24 hours of the start time and end of the event. Access to the building will not be available without a key.
