                                  IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE AND ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT FOR YOUR SELECTED COLLECTION TIME, PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE OR CALL BEFORE YOUR COLLECTION TIME

                                  ●If you are uncertain about the size of the cake, I recommend the use of a ruler to determine the width to avoid any disappointment.

                                  ● If we fail to get in contact with you within 24 hours using the contact information you have provided, your order will be cancelled.

                                  ● All cakes require a 50% retainer that should be paid no later than 5 days before the selected collection or delivery date. The order will not be started without it. If the retainer is not paid by the stated date, full payment will be due within 24 hours to proceed.

                                  ●Remaining payment must be paid 24 hours before the selected collection or delivery time. The order will not be completed without it.

                                  ● If delivery is attempted and we are unable to contact you, your order will have to be collected or a redelivery fee will be charged 

                                  ● If you fail to collect or receive your order at your selected time, it will not be held for more than 24 hours.
