ORDERS ARE TAKEN ON A MONTH BY MONTH BASIS. DATES FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH WILL OPEN TOWARDS THE END OF THE CURRENT MONTH.

Orders should be placed a minimum of 5 days in advance

If you are uncertain about the size of the cake, I recommend the use of a ruler to determine the width to avoid any disappointment.

A 50% non refundable retainer fee is required for all cakes due a minimum of 5 days in advance.

Remaining payment is due 24 hours before your selected collection or delivery time.

Prices posted are base prices, some cake designs may incur additional charges.

Please note that if a cake colour is not added, the cake will be the colour of the buttercream chosen.

Due to an increase in incidents, full payment of items will be required before collection or delivery. Cash on collection/delivery will no longer be accommodated. Orders will not be completed without full payment.

● If we fail to get in contact with you within 24 hours using the contact information you have provided, your order will be cancelled.

● All cakes require a 50% retainer that should be paid no later than 5 days before the selected collection or delivery date. The order will not be started without it.

● If delivery is attempted and we are unable to contact you, your order will have to be collected or a redelivery fee will be charged

● If you fail to collect or receive your order at your selected time, it will not be held for more than 24 hours.
