    Pricing: When you invest in your hair, you are investing in me as well. Like any true investment, you expect it to grow and evolve. I guarantee to do just that! It is my job to invest your investment back into you, through continued education, to continue to evolve and provide the best services and experience you expect.

    - Quality over Quantity: No double-booking for a true one-on-one experience.

     

    During our consultation, we will determine whigh services will best suit the look you're wanting.

     

    Cancellations: I ask that you provide at least a 48-hour notice when needing to adjust your appointment time. This includes: switching dates, starting sooner or later, etc. If less than 48 hours is given, a payment of 50% of reserved time will be due before rescheduling your appointment. 
    With this being said, I understand that life happens. I just ask that you are honest and do not take advantage of my kindness.

    No Shows: No shows are not tolerated. If you do not show up for your appointment, a full payment of reserved time will be due before rescheduling your next appointment. I respect your time by reserving time just for you, and I kindly ask for the same respect in return.

    Lateness/Tardiness: It happens, and I am guilty of it, too, sometimes. I please just ask for a heads up to let me know as I will do the same for you. Time is precious, and it shouldn't be spent waiting when you could be productive. With this being said, your time reserved starts at our original starting time. If I am running 30 mins or more behind, your time will be adjusted to reflect so. 

    Credit Cards: I don't need them. If you wish to not pay for a late show or no show, that will be the end of our relationship together. I run a business built on respect. I respect your reserved time, and if you wish to not pay for my time, the respect is gone.
