Thank you for your interest in joining the American Cancer Society as a Taste of Hope Tasting Station Host for 2022! Please complete the following commitment form. Once submitted, an American Cancer Society staff member will follow up with additional information. This year's event will be held on Thursday, November 3rd at the AON Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier (840 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611).
