Content Submission Policy
Articles must be your original, unpublished work and should not be republished anywhere else once you have submitted the material. The article must be philatelic in nature and have a strong narrative thread. Articles are subject to editing and revision. Suitability for publication is at the editor’s discretion.
All articles should be submitted in MS Word format. All articles should be accompanied by high-quality images. Images must be at least 300 dpi in resolution at the actual size of the item depicted. Stamp scans should be at least 600 dpi.
Your article will be reviewed and edited for clarity, length, typographical and grammatical errors. Additional guidelines may apply depending on the publication for which your article is submitted.
We do not guarantee that your article will be published, or that it will be published in a specific timeframe. We will provide an online proof for your review prior to publication.
By submitting an article, you acknowledge and accept this policy and grant permission to publish the material. You further warrant that you have the right to submit this material and that the material does not violate the intellectual property rights of any other individual or organization.
