    All pets will need an exam ($70) which will be in addition to any applicable charges below,charges are per patient. Any additional vaccines, deworming, or external parasite treatmentas required for travel will incur additional charges.

    Domestic health certificate - $44

    (Includes most US States/Territories, Canada, and Mexico – excludes Hawaii and Guam)

    Domestic health certificate additional pet on the same certificate - $21

    (must be same species)

    International health certificate set-up/consult – NEW Client - $210

    (Includes Hawaii, Guam and all international locations except Mexico and Canada) This is a 30 min appointment to review travel requirements with a USDA Accredited Veterinarian.

    International health certificate set-up/consult – EXISTING Client - $132

    (Includes Hawaii, Guam and all international locations except Mexico and Canada) This is a 30 min appointment to review travel requirements with a USDA Accredited Veterinarian.

    International health certificate - $237

    (Includes Hawaii, Guam and all international locations except Mexico and Canada)

    International health certificate additional pet on the same certificate - $213

    (Must be eligible to be on same certificate, varies by country)

    Rabies Serology Test (FAVN) - $607

    (Results typically returned in 3-6 weeks)
