All pets will need an exam ($87) which will be in addition to any applicable charges below except for NEW Patient Consults where the exam is included. All charges are per patient. Any additional vaccines, deworming, or external parasite treatment as required for travel will incur additional charges.
Domestic health certificate - $54.50 to $102.00
(Includes most US States/Territories, Canada, and Mexico – excludes Hawaii and Guam)

(must be same species)
International health certificate set-up/consult – NEW Patient - $354
(Includes Hawaii, Guam and all international locations except Mexico and Canada) This is a 40 min appointment to perform a physical exam AND review travel requirements with a USDA Accredited Veterinarian.
Second pet traveling to the same country, on the same date - $301
International health certificate set-up/consult – EXISTING Client and Patient - $165
(Includes Hawaii, Guam and all international locations except Mexico and Canada) This is a 30 min appointment only to review travel requirements with a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, no exam included.

Certification of US Rabies Vaccination - $90
(Required for return from some High Risk Rabies Countries - https://www.cdc.gov/importation/dogs/us-vaccinated-high-risk-countries.html )
Rabies Serology Test (FAVN) - $695
(Results typically returned in 3-6 weeks, required for travel to some countries)

Please be aware that for countries with extensive requirements for travel you may need several appointments for exams, blood tests and parasite treatments in order to meet all eligibility requirements.
