We are so excited to annouce our second Christmas Show at the Shelbyville Conference & Welcome Center on November 19th.
Admission will be FREE!
Mr & Mrs. Santa Claus will be in the lobby greeting everyone with a beautiful backdrop for free holiday photos.
If you were a previous vendor at one of our other sold out shows, you will have first dibs on this show. (Please check your email and follow our Facebook page.
We are only going to allow for one booth for each type of medium, craft, category, etc.

This event is for all types of artists, hand made crafters, dog & people food bakers, candy makers, ect.
No direct Sales will allowed for this event.

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Please submit your application and pictures below and we will be in contact with you if you are selected, as with this show being indoors, we will try not to duplicate.
2. Once accepted, I will close the event to items that are similar category to what you are selling, so that we can have a variety of merchants for customers to choose from
4.Food Vendors will be outdoors, however, very close to the front entrance of the show.
5. Booths are 10 X 10 space. Indoor space is $130.00. Lobby space is $135.00 Outside food Vendors will be $125.00
6. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc.
7. Pole and drape will be in place behind your booth so please keep you items within your booth space to keep aisles clear.
8. No sales are permitted outside your space.
9. Booth spaces will be first come, first serve bases, unless sponsor space is reserved.
10. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
11. Maps with additional information will be sent to you by email in advanced. Setup is between 8:00 am - 9:30 am Saturday morning. Tear down is between 5 pm - 6 pm.
12. There will be an information desk at the entrance to the show should you have any questions.
13. No music allowed except approved by show management.
14. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors, you are responsible for leaving your area tidy.

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
