The Can-Am Festival Committee stipulates the following
vendor participation requirements
Dates: Saturday July 19th & Sunday July 20th
Times: Saturday 10 am - 10 pm (may leave at 6 pm)
Sunday 10 am - 3 pm
This is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine
Payment: $225 per site (covers both Saturday & Sunday)
Payment accepted in cash, check, card or money order
Checks made payable to Cam-Am Festival

Once your application has been received and processed, your business will be listed on the Can-Am website (www.canamfestival.com)
Set-up:
* Set up anytime after noon on Friday, July 18, 2025 or day of event beginning at 8 am. Festival begins at 10 am You need to be set up and ready by 9:30 am.
* No setting up until you have checked in with the Food Coordinator.
* Application and payment for site must be submitted and paid before set-up.
* We cannot guarantee you the same spot from year to year, or that you will be the only one selling a particular product (except for Direct Sales, only one of each will be accepted)
* There will be volunteers available to help you setup and take down.
* Depending on your site, you may have parking if not, parking is available nearby.
* The earliest you may leave on Saturday is 6 pm and 3 pm on Sunday. You may stay later but not leave early. If there is an emergency, contact the Coordinator. You may stay set-up until the end of the festival.
* As a food vendor, you may (and we encourage you to) provide tables, chairs, and garbage cans. Please keep these near your site. We encourage you to bring these as eating space and trash cans are limited.
Important:
* You will need to provide your own...tent, canopy, table, chair, and electrical cord.
* No camping on the show grounds.
* Keep your area and around you site free of litter. Trash cans are in the festival area for use.
* The Can-Am Festival Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor and the vendor agrees that their application/contract can be cancelled at anytime without refund. Refunds are only given if a cancellation is made 2 weeks or more prior to the day of the event.
* This is an outdoor event - rain or shine.
* No grease is to be dumped on the grounds or in trash containers. Grease is to be removed by vendor.
* No Selling on the Streets! Please do not send any of your staff, volunteers or representatives out selling without prior permission from the Can-Am Festival Committee and the Village of Sackets Harbor.
* There will be ice and first aid kit availability at the hospitality table.
You agree to fulfill all Municipal, State, and Federal Laws and Requirements in connection with all sales made. In addition, you agree to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless the Can-Am Festival Committee, the Village of Sackets Harbor, and the Town of Hounsfield from personal injury, loss of property or damages of any nature suffered by a person as a result of the operation of/at the Can
