Poseidon Elite Athletics, R8D, and all affiliates are not responsible for the lack of quality of products resulting from the following (including but not limited to) the submission of low resolution, blurry, and/or low-quality photos, incorrect player information, or incorrect spelling. Please be sure to enter accurate information on this order form. Once submitted, you will be emailed within approximately 3-5 business days with an invoice from R8D (design company) to be paid prior to the creation of the digital image template you selected. Once payment has been made, a digital image will be created with the information and photo you submitted typically within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. If you receive an email from ryandailey@mac.com or ryan@ryandailey.com with questions regarding your order, please reply promptly to avoid delays in order processing. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
