Q: Charging without indicator.
A: 1. Please make sure to charge from the power outlet, not by connecting to computer.
2. The SIM card and Micro card must be inserted when charging, only by this the indicator can light up.
3. Please use another USB cable and another adapter to charge the device for more than 2 hours.
Q: The indicator light does not light up or stay on after inserting the SIM card.
A: If the indicator light does not go out, the card is not well inserted and the contact is not good. Try to use an uncut card. If you must use a cut card, make sure the phone card is snug against the device.
Q: Memory card cannot be stored.
A: Please format the memory card before inserting it to the device.
Q: Positioning error.
A: The displayed distance is determined by the signal satellite signal tower. If the distance between towers is far away, it will affect the accurate of the location.
