Provisional Letter of Allocation Visit: www.jomavhomesproperties.com Physical Allocation of the land is upon fulfillment of the terms contained in the Contract of sale and within 3weeks of showing readiness to build.
REFUND: Where a commitment has been made and the purchaser fails to complete the balance within the stipulated period and/or decides to withdraw from the scheme, the amount so far paid to the vendor shall be refunded to the purchaser at the expiration of 90days upon submission of a written Application/Letter of Refund.
PROVIDED: that the initial deposit paid by the purchaser during any of the vendor’s special sales promotion shall not be refundable and that any amount subsequently refunded {less the initial deposit as aforementioned} shall attract a 30% (thirty percent) deduction for administrative charges.
PROVIDED: further that for non-promotional refund cases, the amount refunded shall attract a deduction for administrative charges.

PROVIDED: that default monthly payment of up to 6months shall attract penalty.
PROVIDED: refund will be made in same installment pattern as money was paid to Jomav official accounts
PROVIDED: That your payment plan does not exceed the agreed stipulated period of payment as contained in your Contract of Sale Document
