intoTRI COVID-19 Policy 2022

Dear Volunteers,

Please familiarise yourself with intoTRI's Covid-19 policy, sign the waiver below and submit the form before you attend and intoTRI event.

While participating in activities organised by intoTRI, you must comply to any rules and provisions as set out by national or local public health authorities on the day of the activity to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. While intoTRI has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, intoTRI cannot guarantee that its participants, coaches, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

ARE YOU FIT TO ATTEND?

In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in intoTRI activities. By attending an intoTRI activity, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:

Individuals who currently or within the past five (5) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others; or
Individuals who have travelled at any point in the past five (5) days from a red listed country; or
Individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by public health authorities

DECLARATION

Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following: *

I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation in the event and I recognise that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge intoTRI, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless intoTRI from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.
