ITEM REMOVAL POLICY:

We are not responsible or limited to:
Items that get thrown away due to the owner putting them in the removal pile.
Items or cash left in drawers, couches, containers, etc.
If you have items that were not quoted and added day of, you will be charged extra for items.

TIME POLICY:

If you are not home at the quoted time, we are not required to come back the day of. Unless directed otherwise, You are responsible for being home at the quoted time.

PAYMENT POLICY:

You are required to pay in full once the junk removal service is completed.
