Up-Front Payment vs. Deposit
A minimum payment of $200 is due at registration. Families have the option to pay the entire amount up front ($955.50*). Any outstanding fees must be paid by June 15th, 2022.
*$764.40 for residents of Tofino and Ucluelet, and members of the Hesquiaht, Ahousaht, Tla-o-qui-aht, and Yuułuʔiłʔath nations.
Can pay by cheque or E-transfer.
For cheques: Make cheque payable to "Cedar Coast Field Station" and put "Re: Summer Camp (Your Child(ren)'s Name(s)" in the Memo Field. Mail cheque in a sealed envelope to:
For E-transfer: Transfer amount to firstname.lastname@example.org. Put "Re: Summer Camp (Your Child(ren)'s Name)" in the message field. Password will not be required.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A $200 deposit is required with each registration. Before May 1st, 2022, full refunds will be accepted. After May 1st, 2022, the $200 deposit is non-refundable, except on a case-by-case basis, provided solely at the discretion of Cedar Coast Field Station. Refunds will not be issued in an instance where the participant is removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or participant’s parent/guardian or due to behavioural issues. Full payment must be submitted by June 15th.
