Payment

This form collects the deposit. Due to the personal nature of my work a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. This form also collects a shipping fee based on size. If you choose to pick up or your total exceeds $300 it will be deducted from your final payment. Your final payment will be processed via Square Invoice and sent to you by email. Your item will not be fulfilled until final payment is made.
