In order to complete the registration process we need the following documents submitted either in-person or through this Digital Drop Box.
Current SUHSD (and current Launch Virtual Academy students):
* Be sure that the Online Registration has been completed
- Learning Agreement - to be completed at the end of the process.
NEW students to SUHSD:
- Transcripts
- Household Form
- Residency Affidavit
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency
- Learning Agreement - to be completed at the end of the process.
