    • When will my Click and Collect be ready?

      • Orders with ready-to-go products are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
      • Built-to-Order systems and Custom PCs are typically ready in 5-7 business days.

      Please allow extra time following a public holiday period.

    • How does Click and Collect work?

      1. Add your chosen items to your online shopping cart
      2. During checkout, select Click and Collect (choose your desired store)
      3. We'll email you as soon as your collection is ready
    • Can I pay for my Click and Collect order in-store?

      A Click and Collect is only available AFTER online payment.

    • Can I collect my package without a signature?

      To ensure your order gets to the right person, Click and Collect requires proof of identity and a signature from an authorised person on the receipt.

    • Depending on the status of your order, we will try and change the pick-up details though please note, you will be required to provide all the required details.

      Change of Mind?

      We understand that sometimes you would like to change your mind and return an item. We allow returns within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, but please note that a restocking fee may apply.

      Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and undamaged packaging including all inserts, pamphlets, CDs, manuals, cables and accessories. Products that were purchased on a "No Return Basis" are not included in this guarantee.
