Set Up Time - Saturday 8:30am-10:45am

* Must Bring Your Own Table, Canopy, Table Cloths, weights * 20 Spots ONLY * ABSOLUTELY no drugs, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, nudity, pornography, CBD food items.

Payment Due to secure your spot

If you are choosing to be a top donor, you will be asked to determine the 15% and providing it to the Coordinator, Alisha Vilela, before leaving the event. Failure to meet this agreement will result in being excluded from ALL future events. Being a top donor will secure you a 3 month display of your business on our website within 7 days of payment.

About the Event Thank You Joining 321 Buddy Fundraising for Buddy Days - A Day at the Park on 5/17/2025. Our organizations mission is to provide fundraising opportunities to raise money and awareness for the Down syndrome community in Pierce County.

This event will be a fun day for the family and will include food trucks, vendors, free activities, carnival games, bouncy houses, and more.

Important Vendors Information Event begins at 11am on 05/17/25, and ends at 3pm on 5/17/25 selected. Setup begins 2 HOURS before start time and must be set up by 10:45am. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Vendors must pay in full to secure their space. We are only allowing up to 20 vendors, so secure your spot ASAP.
