Thank you for choosing Baked by Adelle!
These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Baked by Adelle. By paying this invoice, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS
When ordering two weeks or more in advance, a 50% non-transferable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The final payment is due (7) days before the delivery date.
You can pre-order at least three (3) days ahead of the event date, but payment in full is required to confirm your reservation.
Customers should make payment two days before the event date. Otherwise, we will cancel your order/reservation. Any changes requested after the signing of this contract cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
PICK UP POLICY
Pick-up hours are strictly between 1 PM - 7:00 PM only. You may pick up your order at that period time. A fee of 300 PHP will be put in for rescheduling.
Please be sure to schedule your pickup/delivery time accurately. Failure to pick up the order the same day or to contact will result in your order being sold or raffled off to another customer.
DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for booking their delivery service for the pickup method. You assume all liability and responsibility for your order once it leaves Baked by Adelle's possession.
The safest we can recommend for cake travel is car/MPV. We advise all riders for proper handling of all cake packages, although please know that Baked by Adelle will not be held liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the order is released from our care. If you choose us to do the delivery and booking, a convenience fee of 150.00 is added to the customer's agreement.
Baked by Adelle will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:
a) The recipient is not present at the address given when the customer requested the delivery to take place.
b) The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
c) No such person at the given address.
d) The customer gave no valid contact number to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient to execute the order successfully.
e) The receiver's contact number is not reachable or unanswered
In the event of non-delivery, no requests for refund should be due to our products' perishable nature products. Refusal of any item by the recipient is still considered delivered, and no refund will be made.
REFUNDS
No refund of payment once the order has been successfully made on this website. Baked by Adelle will not offer refunds or exchanges for orders that meet our quality standards once an order has been picked up/delivered and "accepted" "by you or another designated party.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order, you must give notice at least two (2) weeks before as some ingredients may have already been bought. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the collection/delivery date will result in any monies paid not be refunded due to most items being purchased before that time.
Postponing your event date is subject to approval. We can only consider if we haven't made any process on your order (buying of ingredients or baking has started).
The new date proposed will be subject to availability.
By paying the non-refundable deposit or full payment, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
