Oak Grave Marker - 8ins x 6ins
This marker comes with a brushed gold-coloured plaque suitable for up to 5 lines of text. This must include the name of the deceased and the grave number (each of these use up 1 line ). The other three lines can be whatever text you choose, but please be aware that the larger the amount of writing, the smaller the text will appear.

I, being the holder of the Deed of Right of Burial for the grave listed on this form give permission for the surround and/or marker to be placed on the grave. I am aware of the regulations and restrictions in force. I hereby indemnify Woodgrange Park Cemetery Limited in respect of any claims or demands that may be made at any time in connection with, or arising out of the work being undertaken. I understand that surrounds are made in a mould and may have minor flaws/blemishes and that the maintenance and safety of the surround and/or marker is my responsibility. I confirm that no unauthorised items will be placed on the grave and if identified can be removed at my own expense.
