• Please remember that submitting the Jotform and payment are necessary 3 days prior to K9 Transport departure in order to provide everyone with an ETA. (Monday at 5pm)

• Follow the Facebook group chat that we create on every transport in which we give you updates and exact locations of where the transport currently is and where it's heading.

• Additionally, take into consideration that our transport stops when crates need to be cleaned, dogs need to be walked/fed/water provided, fuel is needed, and we cannot control traffic delays.

We are a pet transport company based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We are committed to safe and humane transport of abandoned and at risk pets. We work with our rescue networks to find them new and safe fur-ever homes!

In order to get these animals to their destinations quickly and safely and to keep the cost as low as possible, K-9 Delivery assumes limited liability and has the following stipulations:

1) Each transported animal must have a completed and signed Jot form.

2) Each transported animal must have a 2 week quarantine period with their respective foster in the RGV before transport.

3) Each transported animal must have a health certificate at least 48 hours before transport.

4) A person who signs a Jot form is ultimately responsible for that animal(s) and any damages that animal(s) may incur during transport. This includes any property damage or injuries your pet may cause on our transporters.

5) Behavioral concerns with transported pets ie aggression, biting, feral behavior and timidness, must be made known to K-9 delivery before transport. Transport can be a stressful ordeal for some pets, we understand this.

 

By signing this Jot form the undersigned party assumes liability for the animal and all terms included above.
