Deadline for Advance Orders is March 3, 2026. Please fill out the information supplied. Forms are included in this packet for any additional furnishings, freight handling and services you may require. If there are any services or equipment not listed in this packet, please call for more information. Limited items will be available on site for an increased rate.

Special Handling ShipmentsShipments requiring special handling at the event site. Shipments must arrive on 3/11/2026 between 8am and 12pm. Shipments should be sent to Huntington Convention Center Hall B/C attention: Miller's Expo -1139 W. 3rd St, Cleveland OH, 44113 Cost is $125 per 100 pounds. Please round up to the next 100 pounds when figuring weight. ***Any other date and time your shipment will be refused*** ANY UNSCHEDULED SHIPMENTS WILL RECEIVE A $100 PENALTY PLUS COST PER 100 LBS!
