Learn to Lift: A 6-week, in-person, small group coaching program designed for those with little to no lifting experience who are looking to learn the basics of weightlifting. In this program I teach you the basic foundational movement patterns that you need to feel confident and comfortable lifting weights in the gym. The Lifting Club- An 8-week, in-person, small group coaching program designed for those who have already learned the basics of weightlifting and want to continue to build on their skills while getting stronger throughout the process. The goal of this program is to have you looking and feeling like a bad*ss while you train in the gym.
