Learn to Lift is an 8-week, in-person small group coaching program designed for those with little to no lifting experience who want to learn the fundamentals of strength training. In this program, you’ll be taught the essential foundational movement patterns you need to feel confident, strong, and comfortable lifting weights in the gym.
The Lifting Club is an in-person, small group monthly membership for those who have already learned the basics and are ready to continue building their skills while getting stronger throughout the process. The goal of this program is to help you look and feel like a total bad*ss while getting stronger both in and out of the gym.
Learn to Lift opens for registration 4-5 times per year, and you’ll be emailed with all the details when it comes time to join. The Lifting Club is an evergreen membership that opens as spots become available. Because we only take 6 people per session, spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality coaching experience for everyone💪.
