I understand that if I opt-in to the Association & MLS Dues Prepayment Plan I must add a credit card, to be saved to my portal on the GTR website. This is a securely stored payment profile and GTR does not store the card information - only a reference number for the card that is used to process transactions in NAR ECommerce.
I understand that GTR will automatically charge my credit card on the first of each month (September, October & November), or the next business day if the first falls on a weekend or holiday. I will be responsible for updating my information as necessary. GTR will advise when my credit card is about to expire, when my credit card is about to be charged, and if my credit card has been declined.
I understand that I am subject to a $20 fee if my credit card is declined. If my account becomes delinquent for more than 60 days I will be removed from the payment plan for the remainder of the calendar year. I must pay the remainder of my balance on or before the 2023 dues cycle end date (December 3, 2022) and may re-enroll in the monthly plan in January of the following year. If I enroll in the monthly payment plan option I will also experience a Payment Plan Service Fee of $50, included in the payment amount.
I understand that if NAR, FR, or Stellar MLS's dues increase, GTR will charge a one-time "special assessment" for the difference and will notify me 60 days prior to this charge.
Payments received prior to January 1, 2023 may be returned if requested in writing to memberservices@tamparealtors.org.
I understand and agree that all of the credit card charges are for the above-described membership services, which I have requested and GTR has agreed to provide to me. Accordingly, I hereby authorize GTR to charge the above-described fees on all submitted credit cards and irrevocably approve of the above-described fees and associated credit card charges. I further agree not to contest, refute, reverse or cancel any such credit card charges made by GTR.
