I understand this is a legal document and that I am signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily. I understand I have the choice not to participate as a client and the choice not to sign this Agreement. If I choose not to sign, I agree to voluntarily end business relations with SCA Music immediately. I have read and filled out this Agreement and fully understand its terms. I understand that SCA Music (Sky Castle Achievements) will fully own & control the Publishing and Writer's share of any intellectual property that SCA Music creates. I understand that I will only be offered one License: A Non-Exclusive Limited License on the song lyrics. Options to purchase and own a song can be discussed, but must be mentioned before before Agreement is signed. I further acknowledge that the payment I make to procure such services will pay for the labor and the license of the musical content, and not the ownership of it. I understand that there are unlimited revisions under reasonable circumstances and that there are NO REFUNDS! I intend my signature to be a complete acknowledgement of this Agreement in it's entirety and SCA Music's unconditional release of all liability.
