*Keep in mind SATURDAYS book up quickly*

PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTO OF THE AREA YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET TATTOOED. This will assist if there is already work that may need to be tied in or kept separate. 

IF THERE ARE ANY IMPORTANT DETAILS OR ELEMENTS YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO FOCUS ON THAT WILL ASSIST IN THE DESIGN PROCESS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BELOW.
(for example, if a music inspired piece let me know the main instrument of focus and subsequent instruments you'd like included but of lesser focus).

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING

*It is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE 

*No shows will result in loss of deposit*

*15 mins late (without contact) will result in loss of appointment for the day and a loss of deposit

*cancellations or reschedules inside of 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit

*please come to the appointment ready for a tattoo. (Do not come if sick, hungover, dehydrated, etc) Showered, Fed and watered and let's have fun!

*Friends will not be allowed in the tattooing area but can wait for you in the waiting area.

Thank you for your submission! I will try my best to get back to you immediately, but please allow me up to two weeks to respond! Keep an eye on your inbox as I will require a deposit within 48 hours to hold your spot. I ask that you please understand I am only one person and my day is divided between answering submissions, prepping for one to two sessions per day and the actual sessions. Most of the time I am answering submissions and messages after hours. I will do my best to move things along. If you do not hear back from me after two weeks please by all means reach out again. Sometimes things do fall between the cracks or emails end up in spam folders depending on your server.
