1. Reserving appointments: A credit card must be held on file in order to reserve an appointment. This pertains to all guests, existing and new.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- When cancelling an appointment, I request a FULL 24 hours of notice.
- Cancellations made less than a full 24 hours in advance will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% service charge.
- I use a booking service which sends a text reminder of your upcoming appointment 72 hours prior- requiring one click confirmation.
- Cancellations must be performed through text (985) 237-4493 not through social media.
3. Late Policy:
- I understand that delays happen; however, I want to have ample amount of time to visit with you & create your dream hair. If a guest's service cannot begin (guest IN CHAIR) 30 minutes past their scheduled time, the appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled. This will be dependent on the condition of the clients' hair, as well as the clients' expectations for their appointment.
- If you are running behind to an appointment, I ask that you please text me with an ETA as soon as you safely can.
4. No Shows: No-showing an appointment results in a 100% service charge to the card held on file. No-show guests will not be rebooked.
