Please enter the date and time of your upcoming appointment. You must already be scheduled with Phi Aesthetics before you pay a retainer.

Our Policy:

We require a non-refundable retainer to schedule your appointment.

·   All Xeomin/Dysport/Daxxi appointments require a $50.00 retainer.

All Facials/Microneedling appointments require a $50.00 Retainer.

·   All Filler appointments require a $100.00 retainer.

·   All Sculptra appointments require a $250.00 retainer

·   All Thread appointments require a $500.00 retainer.

·   All PRFM appointments require a $250.00 retainer.

·   All Morpheus 8 appointments require a $500.00 retainer.

·   All Intermediate Lip Filler Courses require a $1750.00 payment.

All Beginner Tox Courses require a $1250.00 payment. 

A retainer will go toward the balance of your service when service is provided.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in your retainer being forfeited.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the retainer fee will then be lost. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you, once another retainer fee is paid.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your retainer may be applied to another service, once rescheduled.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making last minute schedule adjustments necessary.
